History of forming Sac Tu Khai Doan pagoda The pagoda was built in 1951 under the direction of Doan Huy Hoang Queen Mother - King Bao Dai's mother, Nam Phuong Hoang Hau directly responsible for managing the construction with some devotees devoted to devotion.
